12. Spiller Registration and Membership

Membership tiers:

• Founding Member: Available exclusively to the first 1,000 registered Spillers. Founding Member status is complimentary and confers permanent founding member recognition on the Spillerboard.
• Standard Member: All Spillers registering after the Founding Member cap must pay an annual membership fee of Rp. 50,000 per year, payable in advance. Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

13. Quest Participation

Quest participation is subject to the following conditions:

• Complete each Quest task in accordance with Brand and Spillify requirements;
• All Quest submissions are subject to verification by Spillify and/or the Brand;
• Content submitted must be honest, authentic, and based on genuine personal experience;
• No fabricated, misleading, or false Quest completions. Fraudulent submissions result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards;
• Comply with all content requirements including tagging @spillify, geo-verified check-ins where required;
• Quest eligibility may be subject to geographic, demographic, or account-based requirements set by the Brand.

14. Spiller Payments and Cash Rewards

14.1 Payment to Designated Account. Cash rewards (Verified Earnings) will be transferred to the bank or payment account designated by you in your Account settings. You are solely responsible for ensuring Designated Account details are accurate. Spillify is not liable for failed or misdirected payments resulting from inaccurate details.

14.2 Payment Timeline. Spillify will initiate payment no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the relevant Campaign has been formally closed and all Quest completions verified. Payment may be delayed in cases of: ongoing disputes, fraud review, banking/technical circumstances, or incorrect account details.

YOUR TAX RESPONSIBILITY: Spillify does not deduct, withhold, or remit any tax on behalf of Spillers. It is your sole responsibility to declare and report all earnings, rewards, and benefits received through Spillify to the Directorate General of Taxes (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax law.

15. Spiller Points Program

15.1 Non-Cash Nature. Spiller Points have NO monetary value and CANNOT be redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, withdrawn, or converted into any currency or financial instrument.

15.2 Non-Transferability. Spiller Points are strictly personal to the individual Spiller Account to which they are credited. They cannot be transferred to, combined with, or shared with any other Spiller Account or third party under any circumstances.

15.3 Annual Expiry. All Spiller Points expire at 23:59:59 WIB on 31 December of each calendar year. All unredeemed Points are automatically forfeited with no compensation, credit, or carry-forward. The Spillerboard resets on 1 January each year.

15.4 Redemption. Spiller Points may be redeemed for merchandise, brand products, digital goods, vouchers, experiences, or other programmes in the Spillify Rewards Catalogue. Availability is subject to change without notice.

15.5 Physical Reward Delivery. The cost of delivery of physical rewards to a Spiller's registered address in Indonesia is borne entirely by Spillify. Spillify will fulfil physical reward deliveries within thirty (30) business days of redemption confirmation.

15.6 Quest-Issued Points Redemption Lock. Spiller Points earned through Spillify-led internal Quests (including all Quest campaigns designated as such by Spillify) are non-cash rewards and are not redeemable for a minimum of three (3) months from the date of issuance (the "Redemption Lock"). The Redemption Lock allows Spillify to finalise Spiller Shop brand-partner inventory and rewards availability. During the Redemption Lock, such Points remain visible on the Spillerboard, continue to accrue normally, and count toward leaderboard ranking and badge/tier status. This clause applies in addition to, and does not extend or replace, the Annual Expiry under Section 15.3.

16. Spiller Content and Social Media Obligations

• All content submitted in connection with a Quest must be honest, genuine, and based on your real experience with the product or service;
• You must clearly disclose the commercial nature of Quest-related content using platform-mandated disclosures such as #Ad, #Sponsored, or #SpillifyQuest;
• You must not make false claims, create misleading impressions, or omit material information about any product or service;
• You must tag @spillify and follow all content specifications outlined in the Quest brief;
• Quest-related content must remain publicly visible for a minimum of thirty (30) days after submission.

17. Alpha Link Referral Program

Each Spiller is assigned a unique referral link ("Alpha Link") for the purpose of inviting new members to the Platform. Spiller Points or commissions may be awarded for successful referrals as outlined in the current referral programme terms, which may change at any time.

You must not misrepresent the Spillify platform, offer incentives for joining that Spillify has not authorised, or use the Alpha Link in any way that violates applicable law or Spillify's policies.

18. Minor Accounts (Ages 16–17) — PP No. 17/2025 Compliance

18.1 Eligibility for Minor Registration. Spillify permits Spillers aged 16 and 17 ("Minors") to register and participate in the Platform, subject to the requirements of this Section 18, PP No. 17/2025 (PP Tunas) on Child Protection in the Electronic Systems Environment, and Article 1320 and Article 330 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata).

18.2 Mandatory Parental/Guardian Consent. Registration of a Minor Account requires active, verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before the Account is activated, including a 24-hour consent window and, for age 17, a separate 6-hour objection window under PP No. 17/2025.

18.3 Minor Account Restrictions. Cash payouts are transferred to the parent/guardian's Designated Account, not the Minor's; Spiller Points accumulation and redemption is permitted; the parent/guardian retains the right to request account closure at any time; and upon reaching age 18, the Minor's Account converts to a Standard Account automatically.
